We insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. The space was encapsulated with CleanSpace! This ultra durable liner is 20mil thick, and seals out moisture, drafty air, and pests! This crawl space is now protected and the homeowner couldn't be happier with the results!

A homeowner was struggling with saggy, bouncy floors. Come to find out, he had rotting wood beams that were unsupported and unstable. Cleveland Basement Systems repaired this big issue by installing the SmartJack Stabilization System in the crawl space. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel that will not corrode or rust. This homeowner was excited to have an even, stabilized crawl space and floor! 

The CleanSpace Encapsulation liner completely isolated this home from the very humid earth below. The crawl space was left cleaner, brighter and healthier to give this homeowner the peace of mind they were searching for! 

This crawl space was in need of waterproofing. We achieved this by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Drainage Matting was installed to create a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth. The vents were sealed with vent covers, and the space was insulated with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Our CleanSpace Liner was installed over top to create a durable vapor barrier. This home is now drier, brighter, and protected!

Sloped floors in the home were an issue for this homeowner. He gave us a call to see how we could help him. Sagging floors are usually a sign that the foundation is having some issues. That was exactly the problem here. The beams in the crawl space were in need of some extra support. We installed SmartJacks to support the weak beams and lift the floors back up to where they needed to be!
