Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space was in need of waterproofing. We achieved this by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Drainage Matting was installed to create a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth. The vents were sealed with vent covers, and the space was insulated with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Our CleanSpace Liner was installed over top to create a durable vapor barrier. This home is now drier, brighter, and protected!

This musty, dirty and humid crawlspace needed some help. Moisture not only affects the basement but can also reach the rest of the house and cause bigger issues like mold, wood rot and pests. We installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation system and it transformed this crawlspace into a clean-looking, dry and insulated space. 

This homeowner was looking to have his crawl space cleaned up and encapsulated. We removed all of the falling down fiberglass insulation and insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. We then installed a CleanSpace Insulation System. CleanSpace is our super durable, 20mil thick liner. CleanSpace creates a vapor barrier that seals out moisture, critters, and drafty air. The homeowner is thrilled with the results of his transformed crawl space!

The CleanSpace vent cover seals the crawl space vents permanently, which will prevent any unwanted air from entering. This will control the air infiltration and increase energy efficiency!

This crawl space is now completely air sealed. RimTite joist insulation is sprayed on top of the wall and between the floor joists to not only seal the space, but insulate it too.
