Cleveland Basement Systems repaired this big issue by installing the SmartJack Stabilization System in the crawl space. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel that will not corrode or rust. The CleanSpace Encapsulation liner completely isolated this home from the very humid earth below. The crawl space was left cleaner, brighter and healthier to give this homeowner the peace of mind they were searching for! 

This crawl space was in need of waterproofing. We achieved this by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Drainage Matting was installed to create a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth. The vents were sealed with vent covers, and the space was insulated with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Our CleanSpace Liner was installed over top to create a durable vapor barrier. This home is now drier, brighter, and protected!

This old, dirty, and humid crawl space is now encapsulated with our CleanSpace that lines the entirety of the space. This material creates a strong vapor barrier that will allow any water to flow into the drainage system located along the perimeter. The homeowners are now able to use this functional space for whatever they may need without worrying about water damage or mold growth.
