A complete waterproofing system includes three patented products: WaterGuard, CleanSpace and TripleSafe. WaterGuard is a drainage channel that sits flush along the perimeter of the basement. It catches water from both the walls and floors to move into a sump pump. The CleanSpace wall covering is a vapor barrier that rejects mold growth while also directing water into the WaterGuard. Finally, the TripleSafe is the highly-powerful sump pump equipped with three separate pumps. The first 1/3 horsepower pump works most of the time and handles 2,600 gallons of water an hour. The second 1/2 HP pump is a bit more heavy-duty to handle excess water and turn on if the first pump fails for some reason. The last pump is an UltraSump battery backup pump that will turn on during a power outage so that your basement can stay dry.
