A homeowner was noticing that their old sump pump was not effectively ejecting water away from the basement. TripleSafe was installed to replace the old system and provide a more reliable, strong sump pump. TripleSafe is equipped with three pumps that can handle up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour and work in a power outage.
This customer had a dirty and humid dirt crawl space that was causing mold and water issues in their home. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system in order to isolate this crawl space from the moist earth below. CleanSpace is an effective, antimicrobial vapor barrier that is securely attached to the walls and floor.
This once humid and dirty crawl space is now rejuvenated and encapsulated, thanks to CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick liner that is securely attached to the walls and floors of a crawl space. This effective vapor barrier prevents mold growth and directs water seepage to a perimeter drain!
This homeowners faulty wall was fixed with the EverBrace wall restoration system. EverBrace uses engineered steel I-beams to anchor to the top track and floor. Specially cut steel panels are then installed and hung along the failing foundation wall. The EverBrace system transfers the heavy load from the fragile wall to the durable support system.
This homeowner had both foundation and waterproofing issues in her basement. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the PowerBrace, CleanSpace and WaterGuard systems to combat all of these issues. CleanSpace was first installed on the cement block wall to resist mold growth as a powerful vapor barrier. Once the PowerBrace system was put in, they transferred the weight from the weak wall onto the strong, steel beams. WaterGuard was then laid at the base of the PowerBrace system along the perimeter of the basement in order to catch all water and direct it to the sump pump.
