This customer had sinking and damaged concrete that allowed water to seep in through the door. Cleveland Basement Systems installers put in a TrenchDrain to catch all pooling water and direct it to a drainage system.

This homeowner had issues with water collecting on the back patio which resulted in moisture along the foundation of the home. Additionally, water had entry to the inside of the home through the back door. Cleveland Basement Systems installed a TrenchDrain and drainage pipes along the house and the outer portion of the porch in order to direct excessive amounts of water away from the house. 

Downspouts that don't work properly can cause flooding around your foundation and allow water to leak into your basement. Our installers fixed this customer's downspout by replacing the pipes completely and making sure they led all the way out to the street.
