The UltraSump is a battery backup system that automatically turns on in a power outage and can remove 12,000 gallons of water on a fully-charged battery. The CleanSpace vent cover seals the crawl space vents permanently, which will prevent any unwanted air from entering. This will control the air infiltration and increase energy efficiency!

This crawl space is now completely air sealed. RimTite joist insulation is sprayed on top of the wall and between the floor joists to not only seal the space, but insulate it too. 

Once push piers were installed to permanently stabilize the foundation of this home, installers made sure to correctly put back and pack the ground.
