Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space is now completely air sealed. RimTite joist insulation is sprayed on top of the wall and between the floor joists to not only seal the space, but insulate it too.

These homeowners in North Ridgeville, Ohio were experiencing settling issues, that resulted in bouncy and uneven flooring. In addition to the shifts in the foundation, the customer had to remove carpeting in the lower level of their home due to water seepage. Our crew put this crawlspace through a full waterproofing and foundational transformation by providing stabilization and waterproofing systems to create a safe and dry home for the homeowner.

This home's crawl space flooded after every heavy rain storm. We solved this issue once and for all by adding the powerful TripleSafe sump pump. This three-pump system will ensure that water drains away from the foundation and will also work if there is ever a power outage!

Old, rusted piers were degrading the structural integrity of this crawl space. The SmartJacks system lifted the beams of this crawl space to the right level and will never rust or deteriorate!

Our crew completely transformed this crawlspace from dirty and musty, to a completely dry space that has created a healthy home for years to come. The WaterGuard Drainage System, UltraSump Pump, and the IceGuard Discharge Line System all work together, keeping this crawlspace permanently moisture-free! The homeowners are relieved that they will no longer have to worry about water damage or mold in their crawl space.
