This crawl space located in Vermilion, Ohio had previously been full of moisture, humidity, and dirt. Our crew went in and closed off this space from the exposed earth, allowing for a healthy crawl space and home! This homeowner was looking to have his crawl space cleaned up and encapsulated. We removed all of the falling down fiberglass insulation and insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. We then installed a CleanSpace Insulation System. CleanSpace is our super durable, 20mil thick liner. CleanSpace creates a vapor barrier that seals out moisture, critters, and drafty air. The homeowner is thrilled with the results of his transformed crawl space!

Once our expert waterproofers installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system in the dirt crawl space, they sprayed RimTite spray insulation on the rim joists. This important last step ensures that pests, drafts and humidity cannot enter the crawl space.
