WaterGuard is a drainage channel that will not clog and catches water from the walls and floor to drain into the sump pump. This customer's basement walls measured 100% wall saturation. Meaning, water was sitting again the wall, which led to leakage. We were able to replace their sump with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. This system contains a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron sump, air tight lid, and a WaterWatch Alarm System. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth.
