We installed a waterproofing system to this home that contains a Triple-Safe Sump Pump as well as an WaterGuard drainage system. A customer in Seville, OH was experiencing a chronically wet, moldy basement. This was causing concerns for the structural integrity and health of the home and those who lived there. Cleveland Basement Systems mitigated this water issue by installing the WaterGuard drainage channel as well as the CleanSpace wall covering. These two innovative systems not only work as a powerful vapor barrier to reject mold growth, but will direct any water into the sump pump to be ejected away from the foundation. 

Installers fixed this leaky crack for good in only 1 day! They put in FlexiSpan, which is a high-viscosity polyurethane polymer sealant that fills the crack better than a plain epoxy product. This homeowner now doesn't have to worry about water issues in his basement!!
