A customer had multiple leaky cracks in the basement. FlexiSpan was installed on them in order to properly channel the water into a dry well instead of it leaking into the basement. 

This vertical, leaky basement wall crack was causing water damage and infiltration. FlexiSpan was installed in order to seal the crack and provide a permanent fix. 

Our team of expert waterproofers not only cleaned this basement, but also installed an ultra-reliable sump pump and vapor barrier system. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps, including a battery backup, that will move water far away from the basement. The CleanSpace wall covering is a powerful vapor barrier that rejects mold growth and gave a clean, bright look to this once dark basement.  

Cleveland Basement Systems fixed this leaky crack with the three-part FlexiSpan solution. FlexiSpan utilizes a urethan-based sealant, polyurethane foam strip and gray drywall compound joint in order that water can drain safely into a drywell.
