Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer's basement in Limaville, OH struggled to keep water out. As a result, mold and mildew grew due to high humidity and water intrusion. Cleveland Basement Systems installed CleanSpace and WaterGuard to create a drier, mold-resistant space! The CleanSpace wall covering is completely waterproof and will direct water into the perimeter drainage line. WaterGuard is the drainage channel that catches all of the water from the walls and floors to drain to the TripleSafe sump pump to be ejected. Plus, the CleanSpace not only waterproofs the basement, it also makes it look bright and clean! 

These homeowners were trying to combat high humidity levels with an outdated humidifier. Cleveland Basement Systems hooked up a SaniDry dehumidifier to the new TripleSafe sump pump system in order to keep the moisture in check. The SaniDry is a self-draining, powerful product that will decrease high humidity effectively.
