Cleveland Basement Systems installed a comprehensive waterproofing system to create a dry, healthy space. The CleanSpace wall covering, WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump truly transformed this basement! CleanSpace gave the space a clean, bright look while also working as a powerful vapor barrier. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter and drains any water from the walls or floor into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that operates in any scenario, whether it be a storm, power outage or an excess amount of water!

By installing a 20mil thick CleanSpace liner as well as the no-clog WaterGuard drain line, water had a way to empty into the sump pump.
