Water pressure against the exterior walls was causing moisture to seep into the walls of this basement. By installing a 20mil thick CleanSpace liner as well as the no-clog WaterGuard drain line, water had a way to empty into the sump pump. No more mold, high humidity or basement flooding for this homeowner!

The CleanSpace wall covering, WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump truly transformed this basement! CleanSpace gave the space a clean, bright look while also working as a powerful vapor barrier. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter and drains any water from the walls or floor into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that operates in any scenario, whether it be a storm, power outage or an excess amount of water!
