A homeowner in Kent, OH was having flooding problems during heavy rains. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the WaterGuard Drainage System along the perimeter of the basement floor to catch any water and direct it to the sump pump. 

This customer was experiencing a stream of water intruding into the basement during storms. WaterGuard is a no-clog, catch-all system that prevents the water from staying stagnant on the floors and walls, but instead, drains any droplets into the perimeter sump pump. 

This customer had a sump pump that needed to be updated in order to remove water from the basement more effectively. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump System, which ensures power during an outage. This system can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a single charge, which guarantees a protected and dry home!
