A customer in Pepper Pike noticed mold behind the finished wall of their basement. Mold is a sign that water is present. Although from the outside it appeared normal, the basement was being damaged by water seepage behind the drywall. Cleveland Basement Systems installed a full waterproofing system that included the CleanSpace wall covering, TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard drainage channel. Together, these products will keep this basement dry and healthy! 

This customer's finished basement did not have a sump pump. Basements without sump pumps fall victim to flooding and water damage. This customer was experiencing mold growing due to water leakage having no way of draining correctly. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe sump pump which uses three diversified pumps to eject water away from the basement and prevent flooding during storms and outages! 

This wet basement was starting to grow mold. The homeowner really wanted the moisture and mold taken care of. We killed and removed the mold by using Mold-X2. We then waterproofed this space with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
