That was exactly the problem here. The beams in the crawl space were in need of some extra support. We installed SmartJacks to support the weak beams and lift the floors back up to where they needed to be!

We solved her problem by installing a SuperSump Sump Pump to get water out of the basement. Then we but in a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Wall System. These two systems work hard to capture water and drain it to the sump pump.
