Installers at Cleveland Basement Systems repaired this leaky basement by installing patented and proven products. This partially finished basement had different rooms and this one was waterproofed using WaterGuard and CleanSpace. WaterGuard is a drainage channel that will not clog and catches water from the walls and floor to drain into the sump pump. CleanSpace is a wall covering system that not only brightens a dark basement, but is an effective vapor barrier that rejects mold growth. These systems work together to catch water at the source before it could ever touch the rest of the basement. This customer can now rest easy knowing her home is protected from further water damage! 

This homeowner's crawl space was causing cold feet on the first floor. We installed SilverGlo insulation to the walls for an energy-efficient, comfortable result. SilverGlo combines a graphite-infused design with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. SilverGlo gave this crawl space an unbroken plane of R-11 insulation, while also sealing the walls from outside moisture and humidity. 

Water in the basement was causing problems for this homeowner. Their sump pump had failed and they were looking for a better replacement. We were able to replace their sump with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. This system contains a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron sump, air tight lid, and a WaterWatch Alarm System. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth.

This basement is now dry and the homeowner is so happy about that!

This dirt, humid crawl space is now completely isolated from the rest of the home thanks to the CleanSpace encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick liner that is completely waterproof and tear-resistant!
