This customer's finished basement did not have a sump pump. Basements without sump pumps fall victim to flooding and water damage. This customer was experiencing mold growing due to water leakage having no way of draining correctly. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe sump pump which uses three diversified pumps to eject water away from the basement and prevent flooding during storms and outages! 

This wet basement was starting to grow mold. The homeowner really wanted the moisture and mold taken care of. We killed and removed the mold by using Mold-X2. We then waterproofed this space with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will all work together to keep this basement dry and protected, year-round! 

A homeowner was experiencing a high water table and hydrostatic pressure. This was causing the walls to crack and leak water. To relieve the pressure, Cleveland Basement Systems installed a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard drainage channel. Both of these patented waterproofing systems will direct and eject water away from the foundation. 

This customer's block wall was leaking water. Water also found it's way up through the floor during rainstorms. Cleveland Basement Systems installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace to combat these issues. WaterGuard is a no-clog drainage channel that catches water from the wall and floor and guides it to the sump pump. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick liner attached to the walls and works to resist mold growth.
