This customer had a sump pump that needed to be updated in order to remove water from the basement more effectively. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump System, which ensures power during an outage. This system can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a single charge, which guarantees a protected and dry home! 

This Kent, Ohio basement had many signs of efflorescence, which is a white or grey powdery deposit that will often show up on basement walls when moisture seeps in and is exposed to air. To ensure this no longer occurs, our team installed a complete waterproofing system that consists of our WaterGuard Drainage System that will catch any moisture along the perimeter, allowing it to drain to the exterior of the basement space.
