This customer's basement walls measured 100% wall saturation. Meaning, water was sitting again the wall, which led to leakage. Cleveland Basement Systems fixed this big problem by installing the WaterGuard and CleanSpace waterproofing products. WaterGuard is a no-clog perimeter drainage line that captures water from the floor and walls to empty into a sump pump. The CleanSpace is a bright, white wall covering that is completely waterproof and tear-resistant. This homeowner can now enjoy their basement without worrying about water intrusion. 

This customer had sever water leakage in the corner of their basement. Cleveland Basements installed a comprehensive waterproofing system to ensure water moved away from the home. A vital part of this system was the Triplesafe sump pump. TripleSafe is a three-pump system that can handle thousands of water per hour as well as work during a power outage. You can't find a more reliable sump pump anywhere else! 

Water in the basement was causing problems for this homeowner. Their sump pump had failed and they were looking for a better replacement. We were able to replace their sump with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. This system contains a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron sump, air tight lid, and a WaterWatch Alarm System. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth.

This basement is now dry and the homeowner is so happy about that!
