This customer's basement walls measured 100% wall saturation. Meaning, water was sitting again the wall, which led to leakage. Cleveland Basement Systems fixed this big problem by installing the WaterGuard and CleanSpace waterproofing products. WaterGuard is a no-clog perimeter drainage line that captures water from the floor and walls to empty into a sump pump. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth.
