Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The sump pump in this Cleveland basement had failed. The homeowner really did not want to worry about water in his basement, so he called us to replace it. After an inspection of the basement we moved the location of the sump pump to the lowest part of the basement for the best protection possible. Water naturally flows to the low spot, so that is exactly where you want the sump pump to be! We replaced the old sump pump with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. This system contains an air tight lid for the sump pit and a WaterWatch Alarm!

CleanSpace not only brightened this once dark and wet basement, but also will now protect the foundation from water damage! This 20mil thick plastic liner is antimicrobial and tear-resistant. WaterGuard also restored this basement by safety directing water in the TripleSafe sump pump to eject moisture away from the home. WaterGuard sits along the perimeter and will not clog overtime. 

A customer recently purchased his home in Parma, OH and noticed that water was leaking from the cracks in his foundation wall. If left unaddressed, this moisture could cause mildew, mold and further structural issues. Cleveland Basement Systems waterproofed his basement by installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick, durable wall covering that resists mold using it's vapor barrier qualities. CleanSpace also gave a bright, clean look to this once dark, leaky basement. WaterGuard drainage channel was installed along the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard is a no-clog system that catches any water from the floors and walls to drain into the sump pump. Old wall coverings and insulation were disintegrating due to water in the crawlspace. Installers put in a more durable encapsulating system called CleanSpace which will help the crawlspace stay dry and protected against moisture.
