Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer was frustrated that their basement was constantly flooding and causing damage. They even had so much water that the bottom part of the drywall needed taken down due to mold. We repaired this issue by installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls and WaterGuard drainage channel along the perimeter. Together, these patented products will move the water into the sump pump to be ejected away from the foundation! 

A customer in Pepper Pike noticed mold behind the finished wall of their basement. Mold is a sign that water is present. WaterGuard is a no-clog drainage channel that catches water from the wall and floor and guides it to the sump pump. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick liner attached to the walls and works to resist mold growth.
