Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Cleveland, OH needed a solution to poor draining around the foundation of her home. Installers at Cleveland Basement Systems solved this issue by putting in IceGuard and connecting the pipes to the sump pump in order to prevent flooding and pooling around the home. 

Correct drainage systems are important in removing excess water away from the foundation of the home. With the addition of IceGuard, water will be able to drain accordingly, whether snow or shine. The sump pump in this Cleveland basement had failed. The homeowner really did not want to worry about water in his basement, so he called us to replace it. After an inspection of the basement we moved the location of the sump pump to the lowest part of the basement for the best protection possible. Water naturally flows to the low spot, so that is exactly where you want the sump pump to be! We replaced the old sump pump with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. This system contains an air tight lid for the sump pit and a WaterWatch Alarm!
