Water kept getting into this Eastlake basement. The homeowner was frustrated with this and called us to see if we could help waterproof her space. She definitely called the right place! We waterproof basements every day. Our crew installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System to capture any water seeping out of the floor/wall joint. We also put in a CleanSpace Wall System to provide a thick vapor barrier on the walls. CleanSpace will capture any moisture and guide it to the drainage system.

This customer was experiencing a stream of water intruding into the basement during storms. WaterGuard is a no-clog, catch-all system that prevents the water from staying stagnant on the floors and walls, but instead, drains any droplets into the perimeter sump pump.
