This homeowner, located in Chagrin Falls, OH, faced frustrating challenges with their walkout basement double doors constantly sticking. This was due to possible settling or beam issues. The inspector measured the beams and noticed that they were sagging. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the SmartJack Support System along the faulty beams. This not only stabilized the problematic area, but also provided a durable, long-lasting fix.

We repaired this bowing, horizontal cracking wall by using CarbonArmor straps. These fiber-reinforced polymers are 10 times stronger than steel but flexible enough to contour tightly against the wall for a fast, non-invasive solution. 

Cleveland Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe sump pump in this basement to replace the old, unreliable system this customer had. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps that make it stand out against traditional systems. The first pump works most of the time and can handle 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second is a slightly bigger pump and works when there is excessive water; ejecting up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is a battery backup and kicks on when the power turns off, which protects against basement flooding.
