This customer's finished basement did not have a sump pump. Basements without sump pumps fall victim to flooding and water damage. This customer was experiencing mold growing due to water leakage having no way of draining correctly. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the TripleSafe sump pump which uses three diversified pumps to eject water away from the basement and prevent flooding during storms and outages! 

This wet basement was starting to grow mold. The homeowner really wanted the moisture and mold taken care of. We killed and removed the mold by using Mold-X2. We then waterproofed this space with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will all work together to keep this basement dry and protected, year-round! 

Our crew here at Cleveland Basement Systems installed a Waterproof System to a basement located in Mayfield Heights, OH. This basement previously had a lot of moisture, and had several areas where water could easily enter, especially during heavy precipitation. With the addition of the Waterproofing System, the homeowners will no longer have a humid and wet basement, but instead a permanently dry and healthy space.
