Lack of Sump Pump
There were no avenues for water to leave the home, so instead, it was just infiltrating the basement.
TripleSafe, WaterGuard and CleanSpace Installed
Our waterproofing crew added WaterGuard to the perimeter so that water could drain into the channel. The TripleSafe sump pump was then installed and it's three pump system will take away ground water and moisture from the WaterGuard. Lastly, CleanSpace was attached to the wall to provide a waterproofed, clean and bright barrier!
CarbonArmor Strap Protection
This bowing wall was repaired using the CarbonArmor fiber straps. Carbon fiber acts as a strong cast and will hold the wall in place permanently.
