Rough Crawl Space
This crawl space, located under the addition of the home, had high humidity due to it's dirt floor.
Crawl Space Waterproofed
The crew worked extremely hard to dig out and re-grade this dirt crawl space. They then installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system, SmartPump sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Basement Waterproofed
The TripleSafe was installed at the lowest point of this large basement, with WaterGuard drainage lines connected, in order to gather water from the walls and floor to be ejected away.
LawnScape and Sump Pump Drainage Line
This sump pump drainage line was installed far away from the foundation to ensure that water would not seep into the home. Once done installing, the crew buried this line underground.
