Weeping Holes
Dave, the foreman, works on drilling weeping holes at the bottom of the basement wall. Weeping holes allow water to drain into the WaterGuard system instead of building pressure behind the wall.
TripleSafe Install
Our expert waterproofers place the TripleSafe in the optimized space in the basement in order to catch and eject water away from the foundation.
Completed Waterproofing
CleanSpace, a 20 mil thick liner is placed on the wall to act as a powerful vapor barrier to reject mold growth. The WaterGuard drainage channel and TripleSafe sump pump is cemented and will work to catch and drain water. Now this basement is fully waterproofed!
IceGuard
IceGuard is added to the sump pump drainage line. This product ensures that water can still escape even if the line freezes. This line was then backfilled with dirt to hide the discharge pipe.
