Iron ochre is a natural occurring rust-colored, gelatin-like, substance formed by iron bacteria. This basement had the unfortunate combination of iron ochre mud and water leakage in the basement.

CleanSpace was also securely attached to the walls of the basement to work as a powerful vapor barrier. The WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the perimeter of the basement to catch all water from the floor and walls. Our WaterGuard system works again iron ochre and is clog-free!
