Sump Pump and Dehumidifier
The TripleSafe Sump Pump will pump all water to the exterior, keeping the space permanently dry even during power outages with its battery-backup pump. The SaniDry Dehumidifier is designed to keep all moisture out by performing in extremely damp environments.
Perimeter Drainage System
The WaterGuard Drainage System has been installed along the perimeter of the basement catching any water intrusion, allowing it to flow to the outside of the space, keeping it permanently dry.
Waterproofing System
With the help of the WaterGuard Drainage System and the CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, any water found along the perimeter walls will instantly be captured and properly drained to the exterior.
