Moisture Problems
This basement was having a lot of moisture issues.
Waterproofing
We installed a CleanSpace Wall System to capture any water seepage from the wall. A SuperSump sump pump complete with a WaterWatch Alarm was installed. This sump will work hard to pump water out of the basement and alert the homeowner should water exceed the intake. In this picture you can also see the perimeter drainage system is being installed.
Drainage System Installed
Once fully installed, the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System is practically invisible. WaterGuard is a subfloor perimeter drainage system that is clog-proof and designed to capture water seepage before you can even see it!
IceGuard
As an extra precaution we added an IceGuard attachment to the discharge line. IceGuard allows water to always be able to escape the sump even during the cold Ohio winters.
