We installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System! This system is installed beneath the floor to capture water seepage and drain it to the sump. Installing WaterGuard is an intensive process, but once it is all done it looks nearly invisible!
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is working hard to pump water out of this basement. This unique system contains three pumps in a single liner, a WaterWatch Alarm, and a backup battery. Talk about safe!
CleanSpace
A CleanSpace Wall System was installed on the walls to waterproof them. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick vapor barrier that will collect any moisture from the walls and send it to the basement drainage system.
Waterproofed!
This basement is now waterproofed! The homeowner no longer has to worry about the next rain storm or snow melt, because his basement is protected!
