Wet Basement
Water had been seeping into this basement for a while. The homeowner was ready for a solution.
Moldy Corner
Mold had unfortunately begun to grow around the old sump pump.
New Sump Pump
We killed and removed the existing mold with Mold-X2. We also replaced the old sump pump with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system consists of three sumps in one liner, a back up battery, and a WaterWatch Alarm.
Waterproofed
We also installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. This perimeter system is installed beneath the floor in order to capture water at the floor/wall joint. We also waterproofed the walls with a CleanSpace Wall System. This white and bright vapor barrier not only looks good but is super durable. CleanSpace captures wall water seepage and drains it directly to the basement waterproofing system!
