This homeowner knew there were problems going on in her basement. It was always wet and a horizontal crack had formed across one of the walls. We stabilized the basement with a CarbonArmor. These stronger than steel straps adhere to the wall and the ArmorLock brackets are secured to the floor joists in order to secure the foundation wall. We waterproofed the space by installing a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, SuperSump Sump Pump, and IceGuard attachment. 

This basement is now secured and protected from water, permanently! 

This foundation was shifting and needed permanently stabilized. Using GeoLock anchors, heavy-duty earth anchors were embedded in stable soil that are connected to steel anchors with long, galvanized rods. This system can be tightened during dry seasons, allowing your walls to completely straighten over time. Installers make sure once they are done, to cover the ground with the dirt and make it look good as new. 

The GeoLock Wall Anchor System stopped this wall failure from getting worse by utilizing the soil's bearing surface to straighten and stabilize the wall. 

This block basement wall was beginning to bow inward, causing safety issues for the whole home. We repaired this structural issue by installing the GeoLock wall anchors that utilize the bearing soil on the outside of the home to straighten the wall over time. 

This customer was experiencing bowing walls on her basement walls. CarbonArmor was installed and provided high tinsel strength to prevent further bowing.
