We created a waterproofed crawl space for this homeowner by installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system. This 20mil thick liner is attached to the walls and floors for a tight seal. Additionally, we created a better crawl space access by installing the Turtl which is a wider, non-deteriorating system. CleanSpace, along with the Turtl, will now keep this crawl space safe, clean and dry!

This crawl space had no way of moving water away from it, causing standing water, stains and mold.

Original Crawl Space Access

The access to the crawl space was through a very tight opening in a closet inside of the home. This did not make it easy to access for repairs or check ups.
