This crawl space had water leakage from the cinder block wall, causing high humidity in the air. This was degrading the insulation in the floor joists.

SmartJack Stablization System
The beams of this crawl space were rotting due to the moisture problems. We stabilized it by installing the SmartJack system which are made of rust-proof galvanized steel.
