Crawl Space Cracking
Several areas in this crawl space had cracking and gapping where moisture could easily enter, causing water damage, mold and mildew growth.
WaterGuard Drainage System Installation
To prepare for the WaterGuard Installation, our crew had dug a trench around the perimeter of the crawl space. Once the trench is formed, the system is put into place, along with stone to help water to easily flow.
Completed Drainage System
Once the WaterGuard Drainage System is installed, it is then covered by a layer of concrete making the crawlspace look just as before, leaving the system nearly invisible!
