Cleveland Basement Systems waterproofed this wet basement by installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick liner that is tightly attached to the wall to prevent moisture buildup and mold. WaterGuard is installed flush to the perimeter of the basement and is a no-clog channel that drains water into the TripleSafe sump pump. These innovative products will help keep this customer's home dry! 

This home struggled with water damage and intrusion over the years. We repaired this problem by installing the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe was installed in the leaky corner in order to catch and push water away from the foundation. The TripleSafe can handle thousands of gallons of water an hour and even power outages! 

When we install the TripleSafe, our expert installers make sure that the sump lines drain correctly. The IceGuard is also installed in order to prevent flooding when freezing temperatures are present. 

Cleveland Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor to stabilize the shifting foundation walls. Carbon fiber is a high-tensile strength that is nearly impossible to stretch. This allows the wall to be safely reinforced and stabilized. 

Sloped floors in the home were an issue for this homeowner. He gave us a call to see how we could help him. Sagging floors are usually a sign that the foundation is having some issues. That was exactly the problem here. The beams in the crawl space were in need of some extra support. We installed SmartJacks to support the weak beams and lift the floors back up to where they needed to be!
