Foundation Repair Photo Album: EverBrace, PowerBraces and CleanSpace Installed in Lorain, OH

In order to repair these bowing, failing and leaking walls, Cleveland Basement Systems installed the EverBrace, PowerBrace and CleanSpace systems. EverBrace is made of steel corrugated panels that span between steel I-beams to strengthen the existing structure. PowerBrace use brackets anchored to the basement floor and floor joists to take the pressure off of a bowing wall and straighten it over time. CleanSpace is a powerful vapor barrier that is tightly secured to the basement walls, before the structural products are installed, in order to prevent mold growth. This homeowner was relieved to know her home was now safe and stabilized!
