Bowing Walls
Using a leveler, the inspector showed the customer just how much the wall was bowing in.
A Closer Look
This wall was deflecting about an inch. This amount of wall movement is not conducive to a structurally sound foundation.
CleanSpace, PowerBrace and WaterGuard
While CleanSpace and WaterGuard directs water to a sump pump, the PowerBrace permanently stabilizes the wall.
PowerBrace System
The PowerBrace system utilizes joist reinforcement in order to shift the weight onto the galvanized steel piers.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe sump pump was installed at the lowest point of the basement and will be fed water from the WaterGuard in order to eject it away from the foundation.
