These homeowners had a freeze-thaw issue with their garage. Large cracks had formed in the walls due to freezing temperatures, when it would get warm these cracks would close up. These cracks were forming due to the side of the building sinking further and further into the ground, causing the garage to sit at a slant. We decided to install helical piers to the sinking side of the building in order to stabilize the garage and stop the cracks from forming during temperature fluctuations.
