Grinding the Crack

The crack is grinded down in order to get rid of the old, temporary sealant that was installed on the crack before. This will make FlexiSpan stick to it permanently.

Foam Channel Installed

A foam channel is installed to prep for FlexiSpan. This channel will allow for any water to be contained in the FlexiSpan and drain into the drywell below.
