This customer's basement had been experiencing years of water infiltration that was causing an unhealthy home. Cleveland Basement Systems installed a comprehensive waterproofing system to ensure water would not damage the basement further. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter to provide a drainage line that would catch water from the floor and walls to drain into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the lowest corner of the basement. It's three-pump design can handle up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour and turn on during power outages. Lastly, CleanSpace was tightly attached to the walls to provide an effective vapor barrier that would not only drain water into the WaterGuard, but also prevent mold growth. This customer was so happy to have a protected basement!
