IceGuard Line
The IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line is a crucial part of the system that allows all water to drain out to the exterior of the space. If the pipe were to freeze or become blocked by snow, the water will still be able to exit, allowing for a permanently dry basement during any season.
Waterproofing System Installation
This basement system includes a non-clogging WaterGuard Drainage System, that allows moisture to drain to the perimeter of the basement. This component is paired with the TripleSafe Sump Pump ensuring maximum protection.
Finished Waterproofing System
After The WaterGuard Drainage System is in place, it is finished with cement, as well as our CleanSpace Wall System. The CleanSpace material creates a high-performance vapor barrier that will allow all water to flow into the perimeter WaterGuard Drainage System.
