Water in the Basement
This basement was being used as a living space. The water that kept leaking in was becoming more and more of a problem.
CleanSpace
We installed a CleanSpace Wall System to capture seepage from the walls. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick, ULTRA durable vapor barrier. CleanSpace drains any collected moisture to the basement drainage system.
WaterGuard Installed
A WaterGuard Interior Drainage System was put in to capture water seeping from the floor/wall joint. WaterGuard is nearly invisible once completely installed!
Waterproofed!
This basement now has systems in place to keep it dry year-round!
