Wet Basement
Water kept leaking in to this basement. The homeowner was ready for that to change.
New Sump Pump
We replaced the old sump pump with a SuperSump Sump Pump. The airtight lid on this sump prevents it from getting clogged and is an added safety measure. The WaterWatch Alarm will alert the homeowner should the power fail or water rise over the intake.
IceGuard
An IceGuard attachment was added to the discharge line. This slotted attachment allows water to escape the sump, even in the dead of winter when the normal discharge line is frozen. We keep basements dry, year round!
Waterproofing Systems
A WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Wall System are working together to collect any water seepage and drain it to the sump pump. This basement is now protected from water instrusion! The homeowner is so glad about that.
