This basement had water leaking into it. The homeowner was tired of dealing with a wet basement.
Waterproofing Systems
We began by installing systems to keep this basement dry. The CleanSpace Wall System collects any moisture from the walls. The WaterGuard Interior Drainage System is installed around the perimeter to collect water seepage at the floor/wall joint.
Waterproofed Basement
Once fully installed, WaterGuard is nearly invisible. WaterGuard and CleanSpace work together to keep the basement nice and dry.
Basement Sump
We installed a SuperSump Sump Pump to ensure water stays pumped out of this basement. The WaterWatch Alarm on this sump adds extra security and peace of mind.
IceGuard
An IceGuard Attachment was added on to the discharge line. This simple looking product prevents big problems! IceGuard allows water to escape the sump, even when icy temps freeze the normal discharge line.
