CLBS Training and Morale Day Highlights
We believe that a strong, united and motivated team is important to provide the best service to our customers. Our recent training and morale day at our warehouse gave us this valuable opportunity to pause, get to know one another more and learn how to improve our day-to-day operations!
Our team started the day out with a history of Cleveland Basement Systems and how Mary, Mike and Larry developed the company. There were newer members of the crews who were not aware of the humble beginnings of our locally owned business. Mary shared pictures from the start, middle and recent days of CLBS. It was a proud moment to reflect on the dedication, teamwork and quality of everyone to get the business where it is today.

Our marketing coordinator, then shared best practices when it comes to before and after pictures on jobsites. It's vital in showing potential customer's that we are a real company doing real work with real people. She shared examples of clear, bright, clean pictures and how these will confirm to new customers that we are as reliable as we say we are!

Of course, no morale day is complete without some friendly competition! Our individual crews were put to the test to see who had the cleanest truck. This included the cab and the back of the vehicles. Other crews got to see how others had organized their trucks and learned tricks and tips from one another!
Finally, we ended the day with a feast. Mike smoked chicken and ribs while other team members brought sides to go with. We shared a meal together and got a chance to share stories about work and our lives.

Days like this remind us that we are more than just a company, we are a team of human beings who take pride in what we do for homeowners in our very neighborhoods.
