Unreliable Sump Pump
The backyard flooding overwhelmed this old, traditional sump pump and it did not work to protect the basement. This was replaced with a TripleSafe, which has three ultra-reliable pumps to handle up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour.

Mold, paint peeling and water stains were signs that water was damaging this basement.
