Horizontal Cracking Across Wall
These horizontal cracks were getting larger and larger each year. They were also leaking water, creating moisture damage.
Concerning Stair-Step Cracking
Stair-step cracking looked to previously been sealed with a grey epoxy, but this temporary fix did not stop the wall movement.
Large Wall Cracking
The inspector made sure to measure how big the wall cracks were. This gap is concerning and will becoming worse if not permanently stabilized.
Wall Bowing Occuring
The wall was also bowing inward. This could lead to total wall failure in the future if not fixed.
